The "Smart Training Center" is a paid cloud service rented to instructors and training centers to manage their own courses and learners. The platform is not an accredited training center and holds no official or legal authority to certify instructors, learners, or qualifications.
Certificates
Certificates issued through the platform are completion certificates issued by the course provider (instructor, center, or school) and rely solely on their own licenses from competent authorities. The platform grants no officially recognized certificates, issues none of its own, and bears no financial or legal liability for course content or certificates.
Instructor responsibility
Each renting instructor or center bears full responsibility for their content, courses, certificates, and relationship with their learners. Using the platform creates no employment or accreditation relationship between the instructor and the platform.
Prohibited content
It is strictly forbidden to publish or deliver any course falling under international or local prohibition laws — including, without limitation, content training or promoting violence, drugs, extremism, terrorism, money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful activity. The platform may suspend any violating account or course immediately without prior notice.
Who it is for
The platform is prepared for organizations training their employees, licensed instructors, schools, and centers — no specialized documents are required to rent it, though the course provider remains responsible for the legality of their training activity.
